Note: This page uses Jmol-CDW.js, which contains a few extra lines of code extension to ChemDoodleWeb -- specifically ChemDoodle.toJmol(). If you want to experiment, just copy this file into your ChemDoodleWeb/samples directory and add Jmol-CDW.js to your ChemDoodleWeb/install directory. The 2D-to-3D conversion isn't perfect, and you may want to tweak the structure using drag-minimize. The Save button saves a PNG file that you can drag back into the Jmol applet anytime.
